Today, I would like to tell anyone that please be care all of your smart phone software download services.
Coz I also facing same problem and continuesly receive bill charges of S$40 dollar for the two continues month. Worst one is from Singtel and one bill is from Starhub.
I don't understand why Telecommunication services company allow this kind of reasonable bill happen and incurred on their customers. Why not take immediate action to protect the customer right when they receive feedback from their customer.
I think sure not only me complaint on this issue. Nevertherless nobody (telecommunication service provider) to care about this matter .
I hope this message can alert all the mobile user in Singapore.

I now face a huge bill from M1 which I did not use oversea...now I am in Madrid ,Spain the M1 number is under my daughter name my daughter send me whatsapp by wifi here say that M1 bill come to 600+ which I did not use even the roaming 3G and Cellular data what the hell is M1 doing and last year same thing happen to me when I was in India I just use the hotel WIFI and M1 charge the bill 300+ M1 say that the service provider in India charge and they can't do anything but now the roaming is not in service why M1 still charge 600+ which I did not use their service.
Please advise
