Hi, am deciding which to buy: galaxy note or SIII. any advices? As for Note, I heard that when we update to ice cream sandwich, there is alot of problems. Anyone using the Note can give me some feedback. Thank you

Yes, Note has battery issues with 4.0.3, after the recent update to 4.0.4, its a litttttttttttttttttle bit better.
