Recently signed up a line for my employee. From the 1st bill to the most recent one (3rd bill) I have always seen this "Mobile Fusion Service" I do not know what it was and called M1 to waive it off. I was charged $20 for the 1st month, $40 for the second month and $50 for the 3rd month. M1 told me that it's a 3rd party service and that they could know and do not know what service it is.
I tried searching online and in forums but i could not find a solution. Decided to call until someone answers! (62951130). HELL NO! I wasted my time. I searched online and managed to get another number. I called and shouted at the CSO, asking her to give me all info, but she couldn't. I told her that I would lodge a complain and take whatever action I could. She then provide me the date of subs. and the date of termination. She also gave me another piece of info: "Asian Models".
So now, why do you think they can't provide me with any info?
ANYONE WHO HAS THIS PROBLEM, PLS TRY CALLING 62386130.

Most likely the employee saw a weekend advertisement on television, and text back to the number shown on the ads. From there, you incure charges.
