  getting thru the hotline is one thing

  the other thing is understanding the pinoy accent english of the person trying to help u but in fact, made it worse.

  I highly recommend Singtel as their service is cheap and good.They even sms you to keep you entertained.Other telcos rarely do that.

  "They even SMS you to keep you entertained", Lol. That's a kind way to put annoying SMS advertising that drains seconds off your lIfe.

  Am I the only one that doesn't like that stuff?
