Which is better and why?

galaxy s2 - why? based on actual usage and experience. i had an iphone but it's not chucked away somewhere never use. iphone is not that bad but the apple fanboys makes me not want to buy another iphone anymore. apple fanboys are really irritating.

But I would prefer the galaxy S2...
I do not like technologies which are old and existing but just packaged nicely to market to fanboys...

Seriously iPhone 4S is a joke la. It's all old technology re-packaged as new.
Siri is also no big deal. Maybe it will provide 5 mins of entertainment and that's it. Do you seriously want to talk to your phone in public?
Btw if you really must have Siri, Android now have it's own version called Iris which you can download for free from Android Mkt. Just also for yr ref the developers of Iris wrote the app in 8 hrs
Oh ya I also hate the fact that iPhone layout is not customizable.
Anyway I think that if you an easy to use smartphone which you do not need to customize much than get the iPhone.

For your info, before Siri was around for many months ago, Android already have something similar and it's called Vlingo or something like that. BUT Apple did their marketing better, and with a cheer group of fanboys, Siri became their key feature... imagine this feature already available in other platforms long time and now they market this as their key feature... Also touch screen phones or tablets already available in market long time ago even before iPhone or iPad was in the market, but once again, Apple marketing powers can persuade anyone to get their products... they can even sell iShit to their fanboys for $300 and they will buy... they might complain it's shitty but they will still buy... what i didn't like about steve jobs is that apple copied other people products and they find it ok, but when android came out, they say it copied iphones... wah lao... say one thing but do another... and also steve jobs cheat his best friend's money, what kind of person will do that... your best friend leh... over a few thousand dollars... also jobs had a daughter and never acknowledge her, and leave her daughter and the poor mum to live on welfare for years... bet you guys didn't know all these... -
Just get the bloody iphone lah, you can't go wrong with apple products. Samsung is just ripping off what apple makes.

I'm a SGS II user & so far it has lived up to my expectations..
therefore I gotta say SGS II & android ftw!but I may trade-in my SGS II for the SGNote..

For me, neutral as far as the phone itself is concern. but the experiences of using the S2 is better plus in Android phones, hiak hiak hiak, I can hack the apps for example the sims game i can change the gold to 999999 same for the rpg games etc... dun believe next time i take screenshot... -

Anyway I hardly play games on my S2. Bascially use it as an ebook and emanga reader and for work.
To me customization of a phone is very important coz I really hate the run-of-the-mill version and Android gives me the flexibility to do so.
