any phone to recommend?

  hi people,

  i will be recontracting my phone soon.
  do you have any phone to recommend?
  i am looking for something that is less than $100 after trade-in, and can download lots of apps, and a good organiser.
  my contract is with singtel and my plan is iOne Plus
  
  i am thinking of samsung galaxy ace/samsung omnia 7/ lg optimus 7/HTC desire. what do you guys think?
  i would prefer samsung galaxy ace. but i would like to know wad you guys think about the rest of the phones.

  i just bought samsung galaxy s (i9000).

  overall its really nice, especially the screen/display - i would reccomend it.

  since the galaxy s2 is available now (best phone right now) i got a good price on the galaxy s.

  galaxy ace quite good lah

  (for those who cannot afford S2)

   

  no need trade in oredi less than $100 (last checked $98 with 2 yr plan under ione plus)

  Ace is a new phone but S is far better although its a year old.

  i think lg optimus 7 is great, in terms of interface and durability, but the app store abit limited la. bt its worth it, coz i tink its same price as galaxy ace

  I totally recommend a windows phone. To be honest, I'll wait for late september for the iphone 5, no, really I am serious, I read its specs will make the sgs2 look retarded.

  problem with iphone is that there'll always be a better iphone in the next 12 months, so once u get a iphone, you're bound to get another one real soon.

  I own a Samsung Galaxy Tab and Iphone 4. The experience with Andriod and IOS, no matter how good the hardware for Samsung galaxy S 2 or HTC or other andriod phones. I will chose iphone anytime and the andriod market is a big crap and app stores has tonnes of apps( free if jailbreak) as most of the apps for IOS are more stable due to Apple's approach. No point having a good hardware if the applications are crap and most applications are available from IOS and andriod trying to port over. The only plus point for andriod devices are they enable external memory cards.

  all races, all ages, all nationalities.

  its crazy even students who have yet to earn a single dollar in their lives now carry iphones like its 3 for $10.
