About HTC smartphone warranty

  Hi,

  I'm using a HTC smartphone and currently it's spoiled. I got this phone after buying a contract from M1.

  I forgotten if I was given a warranty card or I just have to go online to register, so can any HTC user here please let me know about it.

  did you test out the phone on the spot before you paid for the contract..

  yes, i did. When I tested, it was still ok. After dropping on the floor a few time, the monitor display start to get lighter and lighter.

  There is a warranty card included with the phone in the box it came with. Read it. Does it tell you to register warranty online, or just bring the card to the service centre?

  I doubt the warranty covers damages due to drop..

  HTC smartphone is already a good phone yet you still spoilt it. Let you experience a few months of no handphone then you will know.

  Thanks for sharing the information .....i too same if u give warrienty its good one otherwise its danger......and money also reduce .......
