iPhone or Android have wider choice of apps in singapore?

  So many people say that android phone is faster than iphone, but I am thinking IN SINGAPORE, which phone is having more localized apps? Like transport, check taxi, air flights(air asia, tiger etc), local events ticketing, etc.  Android sounds cooler with multitasking and faster speed, but I am worried that there is not much app can be used in singapore

  I dunno for iphone , i currently use a Samsung Galaxy Tab , the apps , like alot , most useless to me , hahahahaha .

  I only get those fit to my usage .

  So many for what ?

  Andriod apps , just nice for my personal usage .

  I think it's not a question on quantities .

  Quality !!

  And worth .

  I can only tell you .... Andriod apps , many are free .

  I thought for the same thing from Apple , u need to buy , that's all .

  abt the same lah

  many apps are oso cross-platform

  many useful ones, oso many useless ones

  i use it for bus timings and locate nearby buildings, facilities.....

  Last time my friend ask me for advice on which phones to get to reflect their high intelligence, good looks, wisdom, wealth, well educated attributes... i thought for a while, if they all use adriod phones then everybody will look hot, sexy, smart, wise, handsome/beautiful just like me... so i told them, get an iphone. they really did, now they all look damn retarded, haha.

  Even if you load 500000 apps into your iphone or android, how many apps do you actually use on a day by day basis?

  Developer will tend to work with ios due to it's popularity. So ios apps is the largest amount.  even a 9 year old kids can create an app, I feel so ashame that I only know php

  i no have games in my Tab except WWF and wordsmith
  (i prefer educational "games" )
  

  and a piano keyboard thingy for me to play some tunes for the fun of it.
  
  
  the rest are mainly useful things
  like a mirror
  and twitter, foursquare, msn talk, dictionary
