HTC Phones are lousy

Bought a HTC HD2 3 months ago. I have never stop regreting my purchase.
1. Lousy customer service which I have difficulty understanding their English (you can try to call to verify my remarks)
2. Repair center which does not fulfill promises. (say memory card out of stock, but never get back)
3. Phone can shut down anytime.
I am posting these and hope others will benefit by not considering HTC phones in their next phone upgrade. I find myself downgrading by using HTC......

1. i think most of the staff from prc.
2. prc working attitude is like that, bo lui than still must do extra work for you......? you wait lo
3. maybe the phone shut off to save energy?

htc is taiwanese company leh.
i think they have got major problem with their manpower arrangement.
i went to the service center at haborfront to repair my phone, and although there were 5 customer service counters, there is only 1 staff running the entire center.
customer service really cmi.
their products are ambivalent. yes, they pack alot of power and functions, but their reliability are ......
my phone also keep shutting itself off all the time, without any warning or indication.
i have 8 more months to go before i can renew my contract. hope nothing serious happens to my htc in the mean time.
definitely will not be buying htc again. apple or good ole' nokia would be a better choice.

the HTC care centre, how big only... as big as public toilet? maybe a bit smaller. their office wall made of cardboard i think you can just ram through.

HTC makes the best smartphones in the world... but unfortunately for us they do not give a damn about singapore... almost all their marketing efforts and service quality improvements are concentrated in the USA market. Which is why HTC phone sales in US have overtaken iphone sales. But even for Singapore a HD2 is not one of the top phones because of its poor software... if u get the desire, desire z, desire hd or one of the wp7 models u can expect good quality. my desire hd hasnt given me any problems at all! after customizing my software all the galaxy s and iphone 4 owners look at my device with envy!...and for the desire u can get a micro sd card... try to look for a class 416Gb one ... it has better speed.. u can get one for less than 50 bucks at 2nd hand shops or mustafa...

think it will be good to gather ppl who have suffered due to HTC's bad customer service and lousy product, and spread the news so that no one else (at least Singaporeans) suffer this kind of lousy product.
Maybe someone can suggest where else we can post this kind of feedback.

i donno y u all gt so many problems,i had frens using htc andriod phone and none of them complaint abt it. i was thinking to change to htc somemore.their andriod system is better than iphone and theirs games are nt so bad also,their touching screen also very smooth unlike lg or nikia they all.

i will never buy a HTC phone ever again!!! coz i thought i was the only sucker who got a bad deal on htc phone and poor customer service, apparently there were other victims too... maybe form a class action suit against HTC, just to get their attention and some compensation...

bought a HTC snap non cam last year
a total nightmare of a phone
dumped it for a bb 9780 \o/

1. Yes, sometimes we cant understand their english, but bear in mind some people cant under singlish too. I have more problem as they always reponse like delay 3 sec, even if u talk to them in mandarin.
2. I dont know about other smartphones, but HTC customer service is impressive. I had sent the phone to them over few times, i donot need to get down to the service center, all I did was give them a call, their customer service guy attended PERSONALLY to my office, take it, after 1 week, came again to my house to return to me, at no cost at all.
3. No prob for my phone, prob they may need to upgrade their batt life.
