Singtel Hi card Super128

  Hi ppl,

  I am using the Super128 top up card which has $28 international credit and $100 local credit. May I know how I can use the local credit for international calls to malaysia? Is there a code that I can enter, or a proxy number?

  Alternatively, is there a better solution if I make more international calls than local calls?
