Last time I use to hear my friends saying that if you buy a new handphone and it spoild within 7 days, you cna bring the HP back to the shop to exchange for a same and new HP.
Is there still such a policy now?
Today I went to a small handphone shop to upgrade my plan to get a new HP and that guy say there is no such policy already..
If the HP is spoild I have to bring down to nokia care centre to repair..
ya luh, long time already like that.
hello shop is still having that policy.
main telco shops have
ah beng hp shops no

People can abuse this policy..
Get the hp use for 5 days realise no good go back change a new hp and than sell it off as a new hp..
but then the people over there only exchange the phone and not the whole set. and the warranty card is still registered under the first purchase.
Well, they should at least change the imei number on your warranty card.
but apparently for my case, they didnt update the serial number of the phone. thats why the nokia svc centre have to do extra work to check with singtel.
