nokia n97 drop into those soup stuff and no longer can turn on after 2 days liao... should i repair.. can i send to warranty and tell them cannot turn on lioa .. but dunno why like that... or buy a new phone cos repair without warranty not worth it.
thanks for you advice.
if got warrantly then send in lor.
But if you dropped into the soup..warranty should not be able to cover the costs of repair due to the nature of damage incurred.

Tell them all along you're very pleased with nokia phones and it's the only brand that you trust all these year. And that n97 is an awesome phone and you've been taking real good care of it, but then suddenly it cannot be turned on.... and your truly disappointed. And you hope something could be done by them.
Please inject some facial expressions when your saying the lines. It will help for some extent.

Please change the 'water intrusion sticker' that is in the phone, however i duno where to get the sticker/label
that is basically a sticker that changes colour in contact with moisture, in ur case, they know u dropped into the water
Okay. You ruined the soup and your handphone in an unfortunate incident, bearing double costs of both things and a bad day.

the most important question is...... what favour leh the soup?
