How would you grade StarHub's customer service?
Today afternoon, i requested for reactivation of my home's digital line and cablevision. They told us will be reactivated within an hour.
After work when i reached home in the evening, it was still not reactivated. Called back their CS, they took ages to check and came back saying will reactivate within an hour again. Ask why they never process it in the afternoon, gave me the roundabout with no answer at all. I asked that their CS manager call me back. That was around 630pm when i ended the call.
After 730pm, both still not reactivated. Seriously pissed, i called them again. Gave me no concrete answers again. I asked why haven't their CS manager call me yet?! No answers again. (so bigshot that they keep customer waiting?)
Half an hour later, CS called me saying my SCV reactivated. I asked how about my home line and where is their bigshot manager? Heehaw heehaw nonsense again.
Now is after 9pm, i still haven't receive a call from their manager and my home line is still not working.
Their grade of customer service upon 10? i give them -10/10. Major thumbs down

singtel don't even pick up, i bloody waited 1 hour just to cancel some stupid stuff which they overcharge
i sent an email to them, giving them the link to this forum.

called them again, finally got a guy who is more actions than words.
Told me due to some issues, they can only activate my line tomorrow.
If they had told me that in the afternoon when we 1st called up, i wouldnt have to waste so much time talking to all those so called CS.
Lets see if they fulfilled their promise.....

You call at what time? If you call midnight they all either slacking or sleeping of course they won't answer your call.
And you call for home line, hp line or broadband line?
For hp line will take longer I think is because more people use singtel hp and hp got more problem than home line and broadband so more people calling the hp line..
I'm curious...why was your cable vision and home line deactivated?
It sounds wrong but if it's due to punctuality of bill payment, then maybe you could be blacklisted or something, just my guess.
Or it could be that they were just busy and didn't attend to your request coz they have something else more important; like handling business partners etc.

i called them twice because of some problems already hp line.
2pm and 4 pm somewhere there, not the kind of midnight or whatsoever crappy timing
