E71 customer suit Nokia on E71 video recording, ask refund!

I report the issue to Nxxx hotline and customer support many many times. They always told you that E71 really support VGA video recording. Every time, I always try on my phone excactly following their instruction. Every time, I get disappointed result.
This is not a happy experience. During such period, I must bear the low quality video recording. It's not fun. I ask refund so I can buy other brand.

Never mind, I will post all progress here regardless I will win or lose. The result will give some useful information to all Nxxx customer. Before you buy Nxxx handphone, check their product carefully, thinking carefully.

On their specs sheet, my E90 is not stated to have video recording capabilities, just image capture. However, on the device itself, I can record up to 640x480 video at 30fps. So its kind of like a bonus.

The resolution in the E71 history specification clearly shows video 640x480 at 22fps!

U had proceeded to buy the phone based on this info they had provided.
1) Before (contract) paying money to the cashier, did you verify with the staffs over the shop where you had bought the phone that the camera specs are really what they had stated on the website itself?
2) Did the E71 box also claim that the phone can record at 640x480 at 22fps resolution?
If the answer is yes to the qns above, you can reject the (goods) and also entitled to a full refund under consumer protection law.
