Hi there, I have similar situation as Ms Tan Geok Hoon.
This time Nokia say they will give me a "new phone" after various complaints up to Director but within the same hour that I received the "new phone", I found personal data belonging to another person. I called up the Nokia care center and found out that the handset was not a new one but one that was repaired on October 2008 at the Nokia care service center at Parkway Parade. Immediately when I feedback to Nokia, they offer a full sale package in exchange for that "New Phone".
But this time, I want a full cash refund i.e $800 but they insist on giving me a new sale package or the amount that I paid to Starhub for a 24 month contract. i.e. refund $300.
I dont want their phone any more. Because how can a manager promise me that he is giving me a new phone and yet it is actually a repaired phone?
Do anyone know what should I do?
