NOKIA WRONG OR I WRONG?

WTF f man , to think this happen to me on xmas eve aka silent night.Today, i went to woodlands nokia store because my N76 the silver chrome peels due to manufacturing defect (i earlier changed a small part during march for the same problem).After inspecting the customer service guy agreed to change as its under warranty.So he took my HP, make me sign 2 papers and told me this friday can collect liao.But after 1 hour when i at home the nokia call me and claim my handphone got some chemical erosion inside and will "spread" overtime saying they got take pictures and according to them the warranty is voided and ask me wait until friday to take back the phone without any warranty done.
Firstly: I believe the 2 pieces of papers i sign is something thats black and white to confirm the warranty and now they wanna back out ? I mean they should have checked properly.
secondly: I didnt even drop my phone into any water or spill onto it or what , what chemical erosion sia its so lame the person still say it happens without my knowledge.
Third: Nokia warranty is to cover something thats due to thier defect in workmanship thats what i know and i believe this isnt wrong.Then i only merely ask them to change the chrome which peel off due to thier poor workmanship and they agreed and again i got one part changed earlier in March.And now, because of a supposedly chemical erosion they claim my warranty voided after the signing of papers.On top of that i didnt ask them to change the eroded parts ( if its even true), which isnt thier fault but the chrome peel.
I somehow feel im shortchanged in this case can anyone tell me if there is anything that can be done, as i paid quite abit for this phone which is very problematic. -
make a big hoo haa maybe the manager scare and will give u the warranty lol.. good luck

Please try to understand i dont wish to feel like a difficult customer u see but this phone when i buy was quite expensive for someone like me and i dont expect this kind of quality especially from Nokia

Secondly: I didnt even dropped my phone into any liquid or spilled onto it; it is fully functional and to think the person who called still said it happened without my knowledge.

I somehow feel im shortchanged in this case and i hope that an impartial action will be taken, as i had paid quite abit for this phone which i feel i deserve a better quality than im currently getting. -

actually its not chemical lah.. its just sweat... my n82 also like that.. the chrome part fell off liao... super ugly. dun think its manufacture defect. its due to natural wear and tear which the warranty does not cover.

mines is the famous n76 chrome peeling that almost all n76 users experience, not those wear and tear kind, mine when the chrome peel it will reveal a white plastic which is damn ugly and cheapo stuff nokia use and make it look like metallic -
of cos u will say nokia wrong rite

if they can indeed proved that there is supposingly some kinda chemical erosion then they would have ground to believe that the peeling might be an after effect of that erosion hence it would need even if you go to "Case" however, as with all costomer services, if you're to make a big hoohaa, most of the time they'll try to settle the issue by having replaced even when its not their fault..

Happened to me before when i asked them to fix my mum's nokia 6125.
bloody hell, make me come back 3 times to the shop. the first and second time, they say they change the motherboard. i brought it outside and started to call my relatives, just to tell the call, then the problem comes back. my dad went in and talked to the lady who attended to us. so sent in the phone back for another 2 weeks!! the third time i came and collect, it had the same usual problem.. my dad got fed up and gave a big hoo-haa in the shop, the manager then agreed to exchange the phone for a new one...
