  I am currently a NSF and I intend to subscribe to a new 2-year contract with a non-camera phone (preferably starhub). Any recommendations?

  no need..
  just go to 7-eleven and buy one for less tha  $100.
  
  if u must sign a contract, u can sell the new phone away..

  just buy 1 from starhub.. cost u less then $90 without contract

  E51 is not bad...

  Nowadays those non-camera phones are pretty cheap....
