is there a problem with SE hps?

  i have problems sending sms and receiving smses.. sometimes like the sms cannot send out, and ppl send me sms get lost.
  
  is it the service provider problem or the hp problem?

  me oso mah, sometimes ppl cannot call me, need to off and on my phone once a day

  yeah i got the problems too man, sometimes i receive the message or calls late -_- irritating
  i wonder if its the phone or isit the sim card's fault
  I'm using starhub ppc
