Help with handphone

  When I type in *#0000# on my handphone, I get the following message.
  
  V 11.0.026
  01-11-07
  RM-320
  Nokia N95 (12.01)
  
  I understand that the 1st one's the version, 2nd one's the manufacturing date, but have no idea what's the 3rd one and the (12.01).

  dear,
  this one need for phone repair technician becouse it is need to flash the phone ( flash mean full erase all version put new version or same version ) if u want any idea pl ask again
