mobile date transfer paid for something which you never use

i changed my phone to E61i for close to 4months n subscribe to gps also...but for the past 2 months my bill reflect that i had mobile data transfer which i DID NOT used at all n cost me $100plus extra over the 2 months...n the phone company is not doing anything about it but just cancel the gps...
do you guys face the same problem?? -
