  dont know u guys experienced this before or not...
  
  if i save this particular number as 12345678
  
  incoming call: callerid shows name
  
  incoming sms: callerid shows number
  
  if i save the number as +65 12345678
  
  incoming call: callerid shows number
  
  incoming sms: callerid shows name

  that's not a problem.
  +65 is only for smses that are forwarded/replied to you ect. so it's +65
  that's why for the first case your incoming sms shows the number.
  
  In conclusion.

  i do not know. but nokia seems to have this problem. mine does too. even after firmware upgrades.
  
  If you were to head to nokia care centre. they would not change any parts but just upgrade your firmware. You can upgrade your firmware @ home.

  Copy all your SIM phone numbers into your phone memory. Then try ask someone call and sms you again. Problem solve.

  +65 is only the country code of Singapore. For example you go overseas and you need to call back to Singapore, you need to key in +65 in front of the number in order to call to Singapore. +65 does not affect anything..

  hmm you dont seem to follow my problem...
  
  if i dont put +65, i cannot see the name of sms sender
  if i put +65, i cannot see the name of incoming caller
  
  it's my caller ID that's screwed up...
  not about me having problem calling out
