my phone went for a swim. brot it to the service centre in bugis for consultation. they told me it would take 2 weeks to get a reply on the outcome.
after about over 3 weeks and repeated calls i couldnt event find out my problem till i started using vulgarities n threats.
finally someone called me n told me it would cost me over $500 to repair the unit to change the screen n motherboard. which was pointless so i said no n i wana collect it back which they said another dept will call me back. this took another week n about 3 more calls w vulgarities n threats.
after all this i was still charged a bundle for the friggin consultation
best of all i brot my damaged unit to VN while i was on holiday. i left it at their local hp shop n got it repaired in 2days for oni less then sgd$50. no changing of screen or motherboard. just a reformat.
honestly i love the phones n pda from O2 but unless they greatly revamp their local business ethics. i will nvr get another O2 ever.
