  Hi all, anyone is using this phone model? Would like to know if this particular model is good as I'm planning on getting one. Are there any major problems about it?
  
  Hopefully it's not a "laggy and will hang easily" phone.

  U asked the right person , sleek design any many more , there's 2 major problem btw ...
  
  U'll have problem opening the battery case , its like impossible ...
  2nd the buttons do crack , i cracked 3 buttons in 2 weeks but it still can be used ...
  
  The music quality is good but the maxium volume can never compare to W550i nid more info just say ...

  Thanks for the info, so does it lag alot or hang? That's one of my main concern.
