Low Quality! LCD malfunction within a week of purchase.

Sent in phone for 3 weeks liao still under repair. Some kind of priority phone... Rolling Eyes

Ask them to call me but silence for a full 2 weeks... some kind of service... Rolling Eyes

Not to mention the same problem with the prism... both still in captivity by nokia and no news... Rolling Eyes

and also the empty promise of extended 6 month warranty as a settlement for dropping my n80 during a software upgrade the previous visit. Rolling Eyes

Any other people experience such service at nokia?

You should see the number of people at their service center daily... especially during lunch time and after office hours... like they giving free phones in service center man...

The queue number like only jump once or twice within 30 mins when they have full counter manned... Rolling Eyes

Going for servicing is like having to camp outside the center to get served faster... Laughing

Would someone tell me what are the emails to the regional Nokia?

I.e. Finland, USA, Canada, Australia, etc...

The best is all the emails address...

Gonna complain SG Nokia to them...

Fark up... said my warranty of 8600 not valid and kena charged... watch out nokia phone users... Evil or Very Mad

7500 repaired already then say want to change back the main board cos they say warranty invalid... Evil or Very Mad

Nokia really incompetent in getting things done... Need to call HQ on the behald of the staffs there... waste my phone bill again. 3 weeks of complete silence even upon numerous requestes...

Make people wonder what Nokia SG is really up to all the while... Rolling Eyes
