K810i unable to be detected in my computer

  Hi guys,
  
  This is weird sia, sometime ago i bought a k810i, and the first few times i was able to transfer the pictures to my computer, but subsequently it cannot detect my phone, saying its an unknown device.
  
  Anyone has any idea how to solve this?

  reinstall ur program. the disc dat comes with the fone. lol

  actually i've already done that.
  the disc doesn't even load, so i had to download from their website..~

  use cable....sometimes bluetooth cranky one

  did it have the screen
  
  File transfer and sth de?
  maybe ur the cable the 2 plugs u nav put properly
  try to move it up and down

  Yup. File transfer, Phone something, and Print bluetooth or something.
  I press phone transfer, then they say unknown device detected.

  re-do everyting
  plug out and in
  the com de also, re-install
  jz do everthing again

  worse come to worse, take out card & put into reader & transfer lor
  wonder does this happen to w950i

  your cable is spoilt.
  
  psp owners face this kind of problems quite regularly. those kind of cables spoils very easily.
  
  change your cable. simple.
