  ok this is certainly not a bug i am asking bout..just some settings that i forgot how to change... lets say someone calls you when ur phone is off... he/she will hear this part " xxxx is unavailable"
  
  the question is... how do i change the xxx part... i recalled setting this up... and i recorded a song to replace the xxx part.. but now i wanna change it... so how do i do it? can anyone tell me? thanks

  Shouldn't that be on the telco's side, and not the phone?

  apparently nope. i recalled me recording this part of this song to set as the "xxx part" so i know it can be changed.
