Hi all,
Wondering if you guys have encountered this problem,initially when I got it I found that whenever I play MP3s or set MP3s as ringtones, sometimes the phone will juz hang for a second and restart automatically.
I went to Nokia Service Centre ytd, asked for a software upgrade, all was fine after that. Today morning, I tried to on my phone but can't,I tried to charge it, it did not show and thing. Whats wrong? Can I demand for a new set? As mine is scratchless and several forums and users have expressed that the phone has such problems. Thanks!!!

ditzy: yeah, i realised..... but i see more ppl carrying it on the streets nowadays.... so they managed to fix that long list of bugs and those random restart problems? -
I dun think so, ytd when I was at the Wheelock Service centre, blardy )*&!*^$#%#^%# got so many people bringing that phone there to service lor.Kaoz...

When I bring down to service, it is to rectify the problem, not give me more problem lor. Thinking of going to CASE, demand them to fix it or give me a new HP to replace it

I went down today again. Told the CSO, if they don't fix the problem, I'll email to Nokia HQ.Hope they will wet their shorts alittle and get it fixed.Told me I can collect it on Monday

You just don't seem to learn your lesson. They didn't tell you whether you can collect it in one working piece or a few non-working pieces did they? -

Well,if they tell me to throw my phone, I would take down the name of the CSO, and if it helps, throw it.Just so that I can get a new replacement.Come to think of it, if they want me to throw it at you, I might just do it too

i had this problem of hanging and restarting sometimes.....occasionally the thing will auto shut down...........there was twice that the thing went into "TEST MODE" which is a bit crazy.......seemingly going bonkers.....Originally posted by SpecOps87:Hi all,

sent to the svc ctr......had it fixed and now everytime it starts it works.........
the svc customer attendant said....the technician soldered some PC s -

i saw on some online sg mobile phones shop, wa..$510 for no-contract, renew contract -$160, => $350
I checked on nokia 6280, $480 - $160 => $320, its way higher than the singtel shop.
