  U can't go wrong with Nokia in terms of interface intuitiveness. It's those phones tt you wun need to read the manual and get it to work straight.
  
  I believe older folks uses Chn text and I do see Nokia excel in this area. Clear and easy navigation.

  I do think the samsungs r better for the older generation. they sport bigger and clearer fonts that make it easier for them to see.

  yeah... my mum likes samsung too... she said fonts big big very easy to read... nokia too complicated le... i mean too many new functions which are unnecessary...
