talk about starhub and it really pissing me off!
last month i redeemed my reward points for a month of free HBO for my cable TV, and guess what? they put down the charges in my bill this month. and after giving them a call... they told me customer are not suppose to make any redemption outside the bill cycle.
What a fart! What a crap!
how i suppose to know my bill cycle... just like the menstrual cycle... damm!
and they ask me how i made the redemption, and i told them itz thru the phone systems... and they cleverly pointed to me that customer should make the request via customer service hotline(which always engaged/busy). and they were unable to give me an explanation of having the phone systems running. another Damm!
finally. they will make the rebate for me next month... and the issue is settled.
but im now a disappointed customer and will not continue subscribe to cable if EPL is available elsewhere!
