I tried to bathe the kitten just now.. but it wasn't successful at all!
First, I put it into the bath tub which was dry. At first the kitten was okay, but after a while it started to try jumping out.
Then after I got the basin of water ready, I'd wanted to put it into the basin [which wasn't very full] but was afraid I'd scare it, so I started by pouring a little water over its body. Then I tried to put the kitten into the basin but as I carried it, I just felt that it was very frightened, so I took it out.
I continued to pour water over the kitten and rub it a little, but I don't know, it looked very frightened so I gave up after a while. Then I dried it and let it run free in the porch.
I feel so clumsy. Maybe it's not such a good idea to keep the kitten after all. -
i think you did fine.... juz don't attempt to "submerge" ya kitty into the basin lah....
imagine yourself in its shoes (or paws rather.. )
cats don't love water so don't expect it to have lotsa fun bathing like ya dog does.

good try...my cat last time was lydat oso...den all kena scratch until like my family members kena assasined lydat...haha~

Yay!
An update on my kitten... MY kitten. I'm gonna keep it.
Her fur looks much much more beautiful now cos she knows how to lick it clean now.
And I don't quite have to worry about her running away... cos I've left her at the car porch a number of times before, while I went out shopping. And when I returned home, she was still there!
My kitten gets along pretty well with my dog, just that they like to play around ALOT. Practically everytime they see each other they'll just start to "ka-chiow" each other here and there.
When I get my hands on a digital camera, I'll snap a picture and put it up here.
