It will stay longer with you. BTW, eating too much fruits is also no good. Too much water and too much sugars ...
Staying up does not help lose weight... it increase weight cause you feel tired all day and you feed yourself more to keep awake. Also your full-feeling is delayed due to sluggish mind...
Weight management is more about lifestyle than dieting...
It depends on what is the cause of your weight issue.
- water retention
- slow metabolic
- fatty foods
etc... different issues need different solutions cause using wrong method, frustrated the person and has no result... And does more harm to health than good.. being thin don't mean healthy...

Exercise needs variety ... so that you don't get bored...
also it depends on your body shape and your mucsle type...
BTW, if you Tah Pao a lot, don't ask for gravy,
choose foods that are not fried...
Always aim for balance.. and not eat only "healthy' foods
because you will find it bland and give up quickly...
Like I say, its a lifestyle change...

Its hard work... BTW, you ever hear of food as an addiction... because of the good feelings it makes people feel.. so people get addicted... you will experience mild miserable feelings when you try to quit...
