  is sp a really very expensive bike to maintain?

  I guess the difference is not much.
  
  Just that since SP is an old bike, it might give more problems and as a result more money must be put in to fix those wear and tear part.
  
  But if the previous owner took good care of it, the maintenance between the 2 bikes should be around the same...
  
  That's what I think though.

  Hmm I'm not too sure about that point. But I actually heard that KR is cheaper than SP.
  
  Not sure if it's the machine price or the maintenance price. Thus I decided to get KR after I pass.
