  Hi,
  
  is an average of 63 fps considered good? i ran f.e.a.r on max settings and got an average of 63 fps when i tested the settings. if its good, why does it lags when i fire my gun at some pipes in the game? some sparks and lighting effects came and it lagged momentarily. i have a ati radeon x1950 pro
