  It depends on where you currently stand.
  
  If you're quite new & young 100K can be a pot of gold to you. If you're old and stronger, 100K is a pot of seaweeds.
  
  Yup, you should purchase more Infra; FORGET ABOUT LAND. Just buy enough to maintain the Pop per mile is less then 50. Once you get that, stop buying land. Instead, buy loads and loads of infra!
  
  Once you're daily income allows you to purchase 10 levels of tech per day, then start to purchase tech. Tech definitely make your pop happier which in turn they make lots of money; which of course translate to you getting more from taxes.
