Its not easy, I understand...May I ask how many people do you usually send to? As for myself, I always max out my maximum messages I can send in one day (which is 200).
And always refresh the "display All Nation" every few minutes or at the most 30 minutes. Then Quickly send to those newly created nations. I can tell you, for every 200 letters sent, only 1 or 2 may sign up depends on your luck. And of course how your letter sounds like.
And if you do get a reply from them asking about the alliance, try to be as nice and as quick you reply to them since they must be receivng quite a number of letter from other Alliance as well.
The most frequent replies to me is "how much aid do we offer"; this you must be able to convince them joining alliance due to aid will not be a good move since it doesn't create activity within the Alliance. Omebody just join merely for a 200K aid; then in days to come? Will they receive another 200K? Based on..? Usually these type of Alliance merely want you in order to boost their ranking; and they're usually consists of old nations out to "control" the new younger ones. All these you must make known to the new user.
Work hard la bro, just send more and remember, don't do it for the AID, do it for te challenge. -
