Rappelz problem

Hi will like to ask those who are playing rappelz a techincal problem. I check the forum but it seems quite hard to find. So just trying here to see if anyone know. I just installed rappelz and wanted to update it but it kept saying time out. anyone know whats wrong? thanks

lol just installed havent even start yet. The launcher keep freezing during updating. now worse. now it wont even receive! keep saying time out

maybe too many people loging on and upadting as well. why not try in the morning.

tortus is the old server alot of ppl.
yeti new server less people.
pantera is the pvp server.
