Anyone knows why they don't classify 851e as a Fast-Forward service like 147e?

Under SBST mah.
That’s why I’m againts why 851 & 852 should be under SBST.
I am fine with SBST taking all the feeders and short trunk svc like 860.Or at worse they can take 853,854 & 854E.Long distance better let SMRT operate.

??
this morning, lots of diversion for bus services at AMK.
there is a mobile heavy lifting crane, stopping at the junction of Amk Ave 3/6..(not sure why it stop there. it might be there earlier to lift away some accident, but guess it breakdown) so buses (sv88/133/136/130/74) from Ave6 (toward yishun) cant turn into ave 3. it have to go straight and turn right into ave 5/ave 8 to interchange/back to original route.
sv86/138/853 also affected. have to skip ave 3 (blk324 bus stop). sv169 is the most weird. SG5859 spotted off service turning from ave 5 to ave 4. another 2 more A95 (EDS showing off service)but with paxes, travelling along Ave 1 (the part where sv71/262 travelled).
sv265/268/269/76/132/165/166 from amk int/mrt also being diverted.

So you think SMRT has been doing a good job operating 969? Or was 851 any better during SMRT time? The bendy slots downgrades were all seen during SMRT time itself. SBS is just maintaining the slots, that too it is a LTA f-up that they did not allocate enough DDs to Seletar package.
975 should use articulated buses during regular time slots when the single decker bus of 975 is always crowded. SMRT / LTA has the data. It shouldn’t be hard for them to identify which single-decker time slot should be replaced with articulated-bus slot.
I know 975 has height restriction on double-decker bus. But at least use articulated buses on periods when there’s consistently high volumes of passengers.

are bendys able to make the u-turn at lck end?
There are articulated buses on 975 / 975B. Just not during periods when single-decker buses really need additional capacity.

Kinda agreed.... SMRT should be made to hands off bus services serving both Yishun and Sembawang interchanges, as long as SMRT still runs the NSL.
Noticed that 113A and 147A got removed from the sbs transit app but it is still operating

yup confirm still operating, but why removed hmmm
SDs are slowly uprising on full-fleet DD services such as 88 and 147.

You see,If Seletar package include 853,854 & 854E,I’m sure some of the B1/B2/E500 will perm 851.

975 is low demand west of KJE so no need double decker bus / articulated bus. But at least use it when there is high volume of passenger.
