I certainly wont mind. With Yishun no longer available to infect, it would be so lovely to see Shitaros on 190, 700 and 960!

Does AMDEP need so many buses after the handover? Suddenly they will be relieved of the requirements of at least 153 buses (the original capacity of AMDEP was meant to be only 120 SD buses when built in 1985 anyway). Any buses transferred over to SBST will not need replacement at SMRT side.
AMDEP will be left with 110, 167, 169, 171, 853, 854, 855, 856, 857, 858, 859, 882, 883, 963, 965, 966, 969, 980, 981.
Some possibilities if the bulk of the Seletar Package buses eventually comprises of buses transferred from SMRT.:
1. YTBI and SBW no longer has ONP. All buses go back to the now-empty AMDEP and WLBP.
2. ONP at the two interchanges continue but AMDEP to take additional duties for services that hit East or South of Singapore (61, 67, 190, 700, 960, 985). This would mean KJDEP and WLDEP transferring buses to AMDEP. SMRT may cease using UPDEP / LYDEP too.
If the bulk of the Seletar HC buses comprises of new A95's and new B9TL's, the number of retiring O405G's may even be less than or equal to the number of HC buses no longer required in remaining SMRT services after the handover, hence the retiring bendies may not even need to be replaced after they go off. Just possibly internal SMRT shuffling between depots (e.g. guys like 1212G, 1213D may go WLDEP or KJDEP).

there should be 2 LG B9 perm 72. confirmed one is SG5523... the other should be 5524.. upsize replacing 6647/6648 which went to BN.. 72B is using quite a number of DDs this week...
SG5522R
(AMDEP 50)
fleet upsize from SD to DD
new ETT wef 231017 although this bus already appear on 50 since last week..
can anyone confirm that SG5521T is also perm 50 (thus make it full fleet DD?).

Well if they really do eventually, your joy will be short lived as they would be there for at most one to two years more.
1231B and 1232Z will leave 812 at the end of the year - they have been perm 812 since day one of their service lives.

Just early retirement of O405Gs as stated below before Tridents and VSOs. Tridents and VSOs still have little longer life.

pretty random LG B9 ytd is 5525

just realise that 6653 also went BNDEP.. so all 3 (SG5523/5524/5525) should be perm 72..
72 deserve the upgrade. Since 72 is pretty high demand maybe they should just add2 dd and 1 sd
Someone please update 72 fleet. Bus deployments shows 6648 is out of 72 but the fleet shows it is perm 72

Yep...crashed with SMB1624D at Bukit Merah Interchange last December...though SMB1624D not surprisingly returned after repair.
But to clarify, both buses are still not yet reflected as de-registered in OM as of today.
