  Not just 6657S - other AM 24 Citaros like 6618E 6626G stuck on 135, 6081C stuck on 133 etc. The various depots have missing gaps / missing buses they haven't transferred over (eg 6567T 6891G still in BN, 1116G still in HG etc)
  
  Those few are like temp measures to cover their asses
