Svc 47 need to reduce 1 DD,Loading not justified even for its 10 bus fleets.118 need one more split shift DD.
171 lost its 2 bendy buses. Loading was expected to drop with DTL2 but it is sad for the BPJ-Yishun commuters. It is long distance and people have to stand all the way during peak hours.

Still saw one bendy on 171 on BKE last Friday.

There is always a random bendy doing 171 beside the crossover bendy from 969.

Only bendies on 171. Double deckers are not allowed due to the trees at Mandai area. Unless there is a redevelopment potential.
By the time Bird Park/Rainforest Park completes everyone use DD except for height-restricted areas which uses MAN A24 bendy buses. About 40 bendies, they might be deployed for:
By the time Changi Airport lower down the basement, or relocate upstairs, LTA will de-register all MAN A24s. Another problem is the Lorong Chuan intersection only.

- 12 for Phuket
- 3 for 24
- 3 for 27
- 7 for 105 (184 can use double decker buses)
- 5 for 302
- 4 for 804
- 6 for 858

Heard that service 69 is going to be extended to IMH, and the 40 A24s will be transferred to SBS to perm 69.

12 for Phuket? 12 for IMH shuttle better.
Originally posted by SBS8002T:145 should get more DDs, they can replace 6-7 SDs with 3-4 DDs given that SDs bunch frequently during peak hour and both have more than 34 pax on board (Euro V KUB seating capacity) each
But AMDEP is just lacking on its spare DDs, and even need to take in Citaro to replace VO3X when BNDEP is stealing all the new Wrights.
AMDEP/BRBP should give some KUBs to HGDEP for 27 as well. Also clear space in BRBP.

Sv47 could have that DD slot to SD. On sundays, the DDs are also running with SD capable loads.
While sv134 could do with its 2 citaros replaced with Euro V kubs.
So that its load could have more fully seated especially the elderly. The aisles on the citaros are not good to squeeze in pax. sv150 could do with full fleet citaros.

47 loadings havent reach the expectation yet,Seen a few DDs struggling to get half full too.

The DDs on 47 get well utilized between 0800-0845am from Bedok South Road to CBP and in PM from 1745-1845 hours from CBP to Bedok South Road.
The Marine Parade sector the bus will usually have <30 pax. Also at all other timings, loading is low.
This is because there are so many services now doing Marine Parade. There is a bus every 01 min along Marine Parade to Parkway Parade.
Need to cut at least a bus
901,911,912 & 913:Bunching like crazy with 2 buses empty to Interchange.
187:Need to cut 3 A22s and replace with 1 DD.Wasted resource.
960:Need to cut 1 SD,966 need to cut 1 SD and 969 cut 2 A22s and replace with a DD.
854:Need to cut 2 SDs and replace with a DD.860 need to cut 1 SD.

Why 860 need to cut 1 SD? The fleet already cannot take in passengers still cut... Should have either a bendy or two as an additional.

860 doesnt need 16 buses if SMRT deploy at least 2 more Habits and reduce 3 SDs instead

Can you do a PM loading analysis on 860? AM loading is quite high, but PM loading is around 30-50 pax average per bus.

The fleet should be like this temporary until the three door DDs come..
8 Citaros 3 OCs 2 O405Gs 1 A24...

In my opinion, no need to analyse... You view and the outcome/result is obvious...
Suggestion:
sv 43 to be full fleet DD with 20 buses @ 12-14 mins frequency
sc 134 should be full fleet SD with 07 buses @ 10-12 mins frequency
sv 43M should be full fleet SD with 06 buses @ 15 mins frequency.
Basically total number of buses remain unchanged. Just that sv 43 gets all the DDs from sv 43M and sv 134 as it covers the high loading sector of both these services + will benefit the Paya Lebar sector.
This means overall sv 43 gets 9 + 5 (from 134) + 3 (from 43M) = 17 DDs + 3 SD -> 3 DD conversion.

I seconded that,In fact svc 43 should have full DDs cause the loadings is increase..But for 134,Its better to deploy 2 split shift DDs and the rest can managed by SDs
