18 is way too young to be a father, especially in Singapore where everything will cost you dearly. If you have the baby, unless you have generous parental support, it's going to take every drop of your savings (and time) and you will be pretty much poor for life. If you want to be a father some day, this is not the time. Perhaps when you're 30.
So you'll pretty much need your and her parent's permission and blessings unless you want to do this on your own. Your gf may want not want to abort but if you sell her on the horrors of the above, she'll come around.
