i can't get my guitar playing right . Helpp.

  Hi, anyone know is there any place to learn guitar at a faster pace? Have join lessons in CC for nearly a year but they do not teach us the basic music reading , and they have only finished teaching 2 songs only. Recently, i had joined a club in TPY.And the members are all very professional, but is kind of a performance group so they tell me to start learning the basics at somewhere. Anyone know how to play this song æ™´å¤© by jay chou, i wished to learn it. Tried to learn online but can't get it.

  Practice, practice, practice.

  How many hours of practice have you clocked.

  The more hours the better you get at it. And don't depend on others.

  Your dependence on others is interfearing with you interest. Free your mind and practice yourself. Four to six hours per day, every day.

  Many good guitarist are self taught.

  U need practice... lots of practice... start by remembering and able to play all the chords...

  and when I say "play all the chords" I meant playing the chords correctly... some ppl cant press the string well...

   

  and when to see if u really got alot of practice? ur fingertip skin will be rough...

  You must master the Basic Barre Chords. You must master scales, arpeggios and different chords. You must practice them daily before moving to other modes. You must get the fingering right. Because in the end of the day, all music modes will fall back to the basics. Or it will make your playing the guitar that much more difficult. If you feel that you do not have musical talent, you must work that much harder. Failure to master the basics will only frustrate your future endevours in more complicated music. Like they say.. practice practice practice. But make sure you got your positions right.

  i practiced 3 to 4 hours daily, but i do not know how to read the guitar tabss. As the teacher in CC change to 3 4 5 as mi fa so. and stuffs.

  Aiya, no music talent mean no music talent lah, playing musical must have some juices in them, cannot plug or unplug the guitar, play piano lah, if piano also cannot, do the blowing, many thing can blow.
