  Just like my grandma use to say, change soup but the ingredient still not change, so by changing name, the body is still the same, after a while, back to sq one

  Like nasi briyani I always take at an Indian stall in Simpang Bedok.

  The nasi briyani comes on a tray with waxed paper, whether chicken or mutton.

  Then one day they have dum briyani, this is special I was told. So I decided to give it a try.

  The dish came in a stainless steel pot covered with aluminium foil. I open the aluminium foil and found that the dum briyani is exactly the same nasi briyani I always take. Only the presentation is different.

  Change name, same thing.
