  1. Try to sleep earlier

  2. Try to stick some insulation and noise reducer on your windows edges (go to hardware store they will show u)

  3. Try to use ear plug (those made of flexible wax, I use it also personally, its quite comfortable)

  Good luck and I hope you wont be disturbed again by "WOOWOO" sound.

  There used to be swallows and swift birds in Singapore. The zoom here and there along the streets. I don't see them anymore.
