Who is right and who is wrong?

Okay, my teacher told us to put up CNY decor as a class effort, but i never felt that its really a fair and square effort.
This week, I had been staying back til like 5:30. On monday, i was the only few who reported for the CNY decor. then a money-face classmate took my receipt for the materials and til now still say she didn't bring it. She's well known for stealing. She even hack into my locker once!
Tuesday, I am unable to report for the event because I have to attend to the Secondary 1. Some people were not too happy about it.
Wednesday, I stay til 5:30. Some people went home early and promised today they will stay til 5:30 (thursday), which they didn't.
Thursday (12/1/2012)
- I cannot care anymore, my classmates just dicriminated and insult me. I stomp out of the classrooms because I hate it when I contribute so much and end up i get insulted.
my leader get angry when i couldn't make it on tuesday, but she didn't care about others who didn't do anything and leave early.
Who is right, me or my leader?

I won't be judgemental on this case. I can see you put in the effort to stay back after school for the CNY decor. My suggest is write a report to your teacher-in-charge and in that report include as many detail as possible in a neutral tone.
If you want to seek an apology for the insult and clarification over the matter, a report is the best way. -

its not hard work, its just unfair when my leader scolds me when i want to return early. also for not coming on tuesday. well, i have to deal with the sec 1s.
Bullying is when a boy told me to open my mouth to throw something in my mouth. some of my classmates will call me disgusting when i touch their things and they go dramatic and "cleanse" the thing.

my suggestion to you is to inform your teacher/leader that you have contributed enough compared to the others. state what you have done for the cny decor and tell her that you have other matters to attend to/spend time on.
Also demand the receipt from your classmate and try to avoid situations where you have to depend on her again. good luck

i told her that, she say i will used the time to play computer .
dissapointed about her impression of me.
even more angry when i remember once, quite a while ago, she go compared me and my sister. say "same genes".
oh, i have nf1, genetic disorder, i am not happy about winning this "lottery".

its impossible because i only have 2 wittness.
must find a way to take revenge. I WANT MY $4:30 BACK!
