So as long as you live in flat or condo there will always be noise above you. If you want less noise - you have to buy a house. -

u could sue them for million bucks!due to noise made 24hrs 7 days a week!i once had neighbour who had some factory above my ceiling every day.it was even noisier than my factory with heavy machinery running!u could get people from hdb to record them....twice is enough as proof..then get police as the sole witness for 3rd proof.then u can sue the fucker above u making the lovely noises and get set to be instant millionaire!sy u turned insane and is unable to werk anymore.

jiany yi..ear plugs dont work and i even put in a pair of ear defenders that are anti sound headphones along with the $3 ear plugs.it was still very noisy.so i went up and threatened tyo beat the fella up in front of his mom n wife after years of him "renovating" 24 hrs a day 7days a week.and getting the police and hdb to stop the neighbour upstairs didnt work ,so i immigrated as part of spores ugly neighbours making noises issue.it was simply unliveable.

if the noise is a person hammering like a road construction with same high decibel noise.....means the hdb building is badly made. -

Uncle, Some peoples tends to hear alot of noise even tho the place is very quiet. Then it is time for...Medication time!!!
