Neighbor living above is noisy!!!

My neighbor living above is causing alot of noise. So i go up today and discovered they are playing with balls! Throwing balls to one another ( bouncing ball somemore!). So i asked them to stop playing with the balls caused its creating disturbance to my family.
And 10mins later, my neighbor came down to complaint that her hubby complaint becaused she stopped her children playing with the balls. So i tell her she can tell her children to go play the balls at the corridor but she says the corridor walls are too low, later their balls bounced over. Now she says i am rude because i goes up to ask her to stopped her children playing with the balls. So is this my fault that they created alot of noise and i stopped them from doing it?
Somemore they are foreigner that just come living here with 1 year lols

Sigh! Another assy neighbour.
The one above my unit also bloody shit. EArly morning wearing the noisy footwear to disturb. Later pound pound chillie or whatever shit without place any thing under the pounder to reduce noise. Bang doors, talk loudly. Damn, the old bloody nuisance woman should die asap.

oh, you can complain to town council about this action of theirs cause this is hazardous. What if one day they burn your clothing?

switch on music when they are sleeping , place it near ceiling, let them enjoy beautiful music

according to some, because there are only certain angles the neighbour upstairs can shoot this makes easy checking on the culprit to them. -

Then next day go up, and say your brother complain why they stop you from playing ball.

So simple lah,when they are in the act of indulging in ... inconsiderately - call town council and ask them to deal with these neighbours and ask for assurance that it is handled diplomatically without pointing fingers. I had a friend who was faced with the same ... and the twon council handled it
