  I dun please customer, pleasing them is not my job, I just provide the facilites and service peoples to please them, but frankly, after job done, most customer feels very bad, like committed an offence of sort, when I collect the money and greet them to welcome again, they turn around and said, never will I come back, but not long, you see them back again. As sinful as they are...business is built on what people like to taste, not built on your own preferences.
