  #43 is one of those very old and tiny "landed" property.. most likely passed down from their ancestors. Fronting only made of chicken wires. 

  This car owner is so dumb, want to park go park at a bigger parking lot lah. So desperate to eat that plate of curry.. any dog hole also he park his car.

  Cars are alway a negative asset (depreciating) along the years.  the insurance premiums cost a bomb for sport vehicles.

  Nowadays pte properties have reach insane levels...even in suburban areas .... a two bedrm unit @ 900 sqft may costs near to S$1M !

  Property investments are only for the rich....if try to play it for the Average Joe, will get burnt....beware....if prices really fall by 30% next year...alot of people all will kena burnt...
