nope....not old topic.....quality problems have been solved within 3 days when i found out i was only goin to earn $100k.year.now with issues solved....its 18k/month.

well....$18k/mth X 10 mths =$180,000not bad for 10 months of work.not even sweating.$18k/mth is sufficient to me now.its way more than what i earn in spore in my life.and thats with only 1 production system working on 4hrs.i have 4 production systems which would make me too busy and stressed out with a hectic life.
my neighbours actually wonder how i do it.they send their people to walk around....and people actually are observing what im doing at 6am!think they want to know all my secrets

somehow i still think im not putting in effort in production as i feel i can put more production equipment to make even more.
if more i can sell them cheaper n more people will buy them.but then the other industries worldwide will start to make noise as no one is buying thier stuff.

whats hindering me??firstly its the materials.....its unstable because of the relatively high temp in summer.it wrecks havoc on quality of product.i drew up a graph used highly accurate measuring digital equipment still materials seem to have mind of its own which makes me stressed n work faster .that wasnt planned and i hate surprises in that area.i had more better results in winter.maybe i should play it safe n put it at minimum value in order to have a stable work pace without surprises n stress..thinks 0.5 should be best value added.it might seem long but its the safest bet and that time has not much consequences for end result of product.thats safest n surefire way. or to cater for optimum production,add certain amounts depending on temperature.if i forgo this step many quality issues will occur which makes a hole in my heart and speed up the process resulting in bad and unpredictable results.so far i got good product with material having mind of its own such as these but by having emergency fast and dirty process to prevent disatrous quality issues isnt the way to deal with materials that appear unstable due to temperature variations and other factors.but adding little would be catastrophic as that would destroy entire production as machinery would be seized and i dont have anything to get rid of material s safely without destroying everything in process.

secondly, i am always experimenting on ways to make it even better with each product made.im not satisfied with past products even they might be satisfactory to most people or the market.and this has proved quite useful and improved design variety n sometimes quality to remarkable standards.that is something which i need although it takes some time.woke up today and will modify previous production types and check for workability.yesterday i had modified it and was pleased with its performance and mass production rate.this is like the 10th mass production type component with more than 30 tests done on all of them.
19nov:this mornin at 7am built component and tested it.not to my liking.to be postponed.problem was too much handling adjustements in order to obtain intended results.to have securing points redesigned.economic feasibility is still valid.11am problem solved and looks great.tooling to be made for better quality.

thirdly,i think i need more discipline here to use tools i made that will speed up proces but seems like its slow when loading into tools..like need 5 mins....nmessy n troublesome even though it produces results.perhaps i should design a better tool.
results seen so far: 50% in quality control improvement
30% in innovation improvement
20% in mass production improvement
protyping,sales,delivery,packaging,packaging design n brochures not factored in.take note of protyping,sales n delivery.
